Christopher Odida Awu of Fine Arts Department has made history in Taraba state University as he graduated with First Class which is the first in the department since the establishment of the university.
40-year-old Awu is an indigene of Utugwang village in Obudu local government area of Cross River state but was born and brought up in Taraba state.
According to Naij.com, Christopher finished his secondary education in 1998 when he tudied painting and decorating from the Federal Technical College Jalingo, Taraba state. He had his National Certificate in Education in Fine and Applied Arts (Double Major) from College of Education Jalingo in 2001.
In pursuit of higher education, Awu secured an admission into the Taraba State University where he had a B(Ed) Hons in Educational Administration and Planning.
Christopher Awu has proved that age has nothing to do with being brilliant or making good grades in academics once you put your heart to it.
