
The Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria will on Saturday 27, April, 2019 graduate eighty-one First Class students among the over fifteen thousand graduating students in its 41st convocation ceremony.
Also, fifteen best graduating students for the 2017/2018 from all the faculties will receive different prizes and awards during the convocation ceremony by the Vice Chancellor of the institution, Prof. Ibrahim Garba.
This was disclosed to journalists in a statement signed by the Registrar of the university, Abdullahi Ahmed Kundila on Monday, adding that the ceremony will be preceded by a convocation lecture titled “It’s all about the human capital…Stupid” and to be chaired by the Executive Secretary of the National Universities Commission, Prof. Abubakar Adamu Rasheed.
The convocation ceremony is slated to hold on Saturday at Mamman Kontagora square, the institution’s main campus, Zaria.
