A 100 Level student of Elizade University of Ilara-Mokun in Ondo State, Azubike Oluchi, has emerged the winner of this year’s female edition of the National Law Students’ Debate, she won the award hosted at Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-ife.
The 2018 edition themed: ‘Not Too Young to Run: A Development or a Fabricated Lie for Youths’ Political Participation’ was attended by favorites including students from OAU, UNILAG, BABCOCK, UNIBEN etc
Oluchi stated that the ‘Not too young to run’ bill passed by the National Assembly and signed into law by President Muhammadu Buhari was done in good spirit for Nigerian youth, adding that the youth, with the bill, had their destinies in their hands.
