The Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo state, recently matriculated over five hundred students for the 2018/2019 academic session urging them to shun examination misconduct and other social ills.
While addressing the students during the 20th matriculation ceremony, the Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Lawrence Ezemonye urged them to obey rules and regulations and shun social ills.
According to the VC, all the courses offered by the institution were already accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC) and other professional bodies. Also, the university has concluded plans to commence new courses such as criminology and hospital management among other courses.
