The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) said on Friday that the results of the 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) would be released on Saturday 11 May, 2019 (today).
Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, the examination board’s Registrar, made this known at the JAMB’s head office in Abuja, while parading a staff member of the board, Adamu Musa, who allegedly collected N25,000 from an admission seeker in 2018.
According to the Registrar, the breakdown of the UTME results would be revealed at a detailed briefing on Saturday.
The board said it was screening the UTME results for malpractices, saying 123 suspects had been arrested and were standing trial nationwide.
