Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board Screens FRSC Candidates

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) said it has conducted recruitment screening examination for about fifteen thousand candidates of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) across the nation.
Prof. Is-haq Oloyede, Registrar of JAMB, made this known to newsmen during the screening exercise in Abuja.

According to the Eagle Online, the screening exercise was conducted at the Board’s Computer Based Test centers acress the nation and has been reported successful.
“There has been no problem, all centers are doing well except for a center in Taraba state where some of their computers malfunctioned but we have ordered an immediate relocation of the candidates to another center,” the Registrar said.

According to News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), it was recalled that Boboye Oyeyemi, FRSC Corps Marshal, in July said that the corps would recruit additional 4,650 officers and procure new operational vehicles to improve road safety management in the country.
He claimed the corps will employ the best hands in road safety management in the second part of the year.
