The authority of the Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK) has promised to deliver quality services in its 2018/2019 academic programs.
Prof. Suleiman Bala Muhammed, Vice Chancellor of the university, disclosed this in an interview with pressmen in his office.

The VC said that the university had put in place mechanisms to ensure quality academic delivery by working in synergy for free flow of lecturers, and students’ assignments, adding that he would ensure that non academic staff would act professionally in their dealings with students.
He further stated that the management would ensure that the university community maintains its culture of friendliness with students, by ensuring that sale of handouts, buying of grades, sexual harassment, and other vices, are eradicated within the university environment.
The VC maintained that his administration is working with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for ease of lecturing and research through the use of ICT centre.
He frowned at the large number of student population living off campus, and said that the visitor to the university, the Executive Governor of Nasarawa state, Tanko Al-Makura had built three modern blocks of hostels for the institution, which will soon be put to use.
The VC also assured that security agencies and traditional leadership in Keffi are providing the necessary security services to staff and students. He urged the new students and the returning students to focus on their academic studies as being the cardinal objective of coming to the university.
“Obey the rules and tradition of Keffi people, and be law abiding,” the Vice Chancellor charged all the students of the university.
