Presidency Announces CBN Loan Offers To NYSC Members

The Presidency, according to reports which was made available to Campusbiz, has announced plans by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), to offer loans to the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members.

The media Aide to President Muhammadu Buhari, Bashir Ahmad, made the disclosure on his official Twitter page.


The Media aide said the Governor of CBN, Godwin Emefiele, is presently making arrangement to start giving loans to corps members.

According to him, the loan will be repaid in seven years.


“The CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele, discloses that the CBN has completed arrangements to offer loans to NYSC members to commence small and mediu, scale enterprises.

“The loan which is conceived out of the need to reduce unemployment rate in the country will be repaid in seven years,” Ahmad stated.
