Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Thursday promised that the Federal Government of Nigeria will collaborate with the Lagos State University (LASU) on Science, Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
The Vice President made this statement at the 23rd convocation ceremony of the Lagos State University (LASU).
The VP delivered the convocation lecture on with the title: “African Centre of Excellence in Africa: A veritable catalyst for nation building and development”.
The convocation ceremony was graced by the Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof. Olanrewaju Fagbohun, and host Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode. Others at the ceremony were former President of Ghana, John Mahama and Chairman of the Governing Council of the institution, Prof. Adebayo Ninalowo.
