Prof. Mvendaga Jibo, Chairman, Governing Council of the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT), has commended the management of the institution for the ongoing preparations of the 32nd Convocation ceremony slated for March 29 and 30, 2019.
The chairman gave the commendation after leading members of the Governing Council and the management team on an unscheduled facility inspection of ongoing projects in the university.
“I am particularly impressed with the level of preparation for the forth coming convocation ceremony, and I wish to congratulate all the graduating students and their parents on this historic occasion,” he stated.
According to reports, the 32nd convocation ceremony is for students who graduated in the combined 2016/17 and 2017/18 academic sessions.
