My.problem with MTN…is that they drink DATA too much ….one month.subcribtion won’t reach 3 week…this network is a scam……i hate this network
I have a problem like that too. My 1k subscription doesn’t last more than 2 days too. I feel cheated! I called the customer care several times to lay complaint but the will always say maybe my phone apps update automatically that I didn’t know. I don’t do automatic update, I disabled it. So tell me what can I do?
Why a customer can exhaust his data plan below 30 days, after you have just said it is for a month long? Since even if a customer does not use his monthly data plan for a month any more, the data will expire.
Pls. let you fullfil your promise by alowing the customer to complete his 30 days using his monthly data plan
The data plan for 1.5gb @N1200 / 3.5gb @ N2000 for 30days, should have another plan of that category for 365days .
That is
N1200 x 12 = N14,400 ( 18gb for 365days)
N2000 x 12 = N24,000 (42gb for 365days)
OK.
The difference between mtn and etisalat is that N200 bundle is for 7 days that’s for etisalat while mtn is just for a day. Painful 😎

Please stop misleading the public with these plans. They are not accurate. A N2000 subscription will get 2.5gb and not 3.5gb. A couple of people have complained about these in previous comments, but you have still not edited the post.

Tokunbo, only MTN knows how they calculate their data, it is clearly written on their site that if you pay 2000, you’ll get 2.5gb of data + 1gb bonus, that is 3.5gb

MTN Data plans is actually the best as for now, because they have wild network coverage and if course, their network speed are amazing.
Mtn are misbehaving because no one question them when you make a change in a company let the change affect all the system if 15g change to 1.2g let your costumes know about the development

Mtn data plans still need to be reviewed.
Recently i subcribed for monthly plan of 1000 naira but i was only given 1.2G and when i called to complain i was told by their service provider that they have recently changed it. Are you aware of this development? MTN’s administrative services is not reliable they can be very funny most of the times.

If you’re talking about MTN, we bought the one of 500 Naira this August 2017, with the code provided above and we were given 750mb, so if you buy the one of N1000 you should get 1.5G. We’ll try to contact them as you have done too to confirm this development.
